Obituary of Joseph Rene Morin

It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Rene Morin at the Sault Area Hospital after a courageous battle on Friday, August 7, 2015 at the age of 92. Son of the late Albini and Florine Morin. Predeceased by his wife Helen Morin. Loving father of Rick (Donna), Betsy (Trevor), Debbie (Miguel), Chris (Lori-Ann), Larry (Kim) and Linda (Gary). Beloved grandfather of Adam, Jamie-Lynn, Jason, Lisa, Katie, Tyler, Derek, Kassidy, Drake and Christopher. Great grandfather of 5. René was a proud member of Local 128 Boiler Makers. A private family graveside service will be held. Memorial donations to ARCH would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the medical staff at SAH 3C (Palliative Care). We know Dad that you've gone to a better place. Mom's waiting with open arms and so are your Mom and Dad and your brothers and sisters. Smoke some fish, chop some wood and go perch fishing.
