Obituary of Louise Borgogelli

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our amazing mother, Louise, at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) on September 16th, 2015 in her 82nd year after a brief illness. Beloved wife of 50 years to the late Pino. A devoted and loving mother to Sandra, Angela, her husband Michael and Rita. Loving and proud Nona to Nickolas, Shauna and her husband Rob, Elizabeth and Mitchell, who she adored with all her heart. Predeceased by dearly loved parents Ettore and Mary Cesare, and brothers Tony, Frankie and Edward. Louise will be lovingly remembered by her sister Joanne Scullino, nieces and nephews Christine, Lisa, Terry, Barbara and Marco. Great Aunt to Thomas and Victoria. Sister-in-law to Angela Sartini of Fano Italy, and of the late Aurelio and Rosanna Borgogelli. Louise's happiest moments were having all her family around the kitchen table and sharing wonderful home cooked meals and laughter with everyone. Her genetti's, lasagna and pies would challenge any chef's cuisine, we will miss her dearly. Words cannot express our thanks for the gentle and compassionate care provided to our mother and family by the staff at ARCH. In keeping with Louise's wishes, there will be a Memorial Mass held in her honour on Tuesday September 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at St. Jerome's Parish. The family will receive friends following the Mass in the parish hall. Memorial donations may be made in mom's memory to ARCH or St. Jerome's Parish.
