Obituary of Thomas Heeran

With heavy hearts we mourn the passing of our beloved Tom who passed away peacefully at the age of 80 with his family and best friend Tom Mulldoon by his side at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, October 18, 2015. Beloved and devoted husband of Deanna (Jones) for 54 years. Loved father of Sean (Anne Marie), Gary (Mary) and the late Brendan (1983). Tom loved and cherished his only 2 grandchildren Courtney (Chris) and Colin (Felica). He also got to visit his only great granddaughter Brynlee (6 months old) almost every day. Loved brother of Padraig (Pat), the late Janice Heeran and Marion Sweeney (late Brian) of County Leitrim, Ireland. Predeceased by his parents Thomas Sr. and Annie of County Leitrim. Ireland and in-laws Bill and Millie Jones. Brother-in-law of the late Peter Jones and late Billy Jones (Gwen). Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Thursday evening from 4:00 p.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 8:00 p.m. with Father Veselko Kvesic officiating. Memorial donations to Mother of God Catholic Church or the Crohns and Colitis Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at SAH.
