Went to be with the Lord on November 4, 2015 at the age of 90 . Beloved wife of the late William "Bill". Cherished mother of Jean Marie Aubin (Joseph), Peter (Gisele), Anna-Mae Pettalia (David), Rosemary Quesnele (Rick) and Christine Wigglesworth (Shayne). Daughter of the late Sabatino and Luigina Coletti and daughter-in-law of the late Peter and Irena Predinchuk. Grandmother of Cheryl (Darren), Shawna, Peter (Christina), Tammy (Jason), A.J. (Jenn), Jasmine (C.J.), Brennan, Jairus (Aimee), Paul, Zachary, Brigette (Ryan), Melanie (Troy), Matthew (Emily). Great grandmother of Britney, Tayler-Joy, Carter, Ian, Mariella, Thaddeus, Grayson, Natalie, Nathan, Mira and Kael. Sister of Marie, Alfred (Ilvana), Mario (Yvonne), late John (late Gilda and late Hilda), late Roger (Margaret), late Dominic (Gloria). Predeceased by in-laws Ann and Walter, John and Lena, Dan and Mary, Dorothy and Mike, Mike and Helen, Steve and Jessie. Velia will be dearly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the 2nd floor Apple Orchard staff at the Davey Home for their care and kindness shown to our mother. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Friday, November 6, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
