Obituary of Charles Mark Lajoie

It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Mark on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Extendicare Mapleview in his 64th year. Beloved husband of Debbie for 39 years. Proud father of Nicole Perrott (Mark) and Abby Laity (David). Papa to cherished grandchildren Bryce and Nathan Perrott, Emma and Hanna Laity. Son of June and the late Chuck Lajoie, son-in-law of Harold and Dorothy Walker. Dear brother to Ken (Margaret), Jimmy (Kathy) and Jeffrey (Jackie). Brother-in-law to Richard Walker (Cindy), Leigh Gainer (Brian), Grant Walker (Marywin) and Kerri Fryia (Chris). Mark will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and special friends. Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 from 12 noon until time of memorial service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Mr. Wade Lodge officiating. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste. Marie or ARCH would be appreciated by the family.
