Obituary of Adolf Krell

Father passed away peacefully at the F. J. Davey Home on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the ripe 96 years of age, with family by his side. Beloved husband of the late Elisabeth for 56 years. Loving father of Peter Krell (Eva Nagy) of Guelph, Maria Frederick (Allan), Roy Krell (Ivy), Monica Kuenzli (Robert) of Germany/St. Thomas and Caroline Diamond of Timmins. Dear grandfather of Dawn-Marie Chevrier (Tony) of Brockville, Amanda Brodrip (Dave) of St. Thomas, Mark Frederick (Tiffany) of Mt. Brydges, Michael Krell (Michelle) of Wawa, Kelly Ann Lachapelle (Martin) of North Bay, Melinda Krell and Jeffery Krell (Melodie), Brian Krell (Cindy) of Timmins, Raymond Diamond (Laura) of Brantford and Brandon Diamond (Victoria) of Timmins; to whom he enjoyed imparting words of wisdom. Great grandfather of Olivia and Ty Chevrier; Addisyn, Emelia and Ainsley Brodrip; Colton and Aubrey Frederick; Tyler and Wynter Skye Krell; Jarrett Ralph; Trinity Diamond; Benjamin Diamond and Dakota Krell. Son of the late Wendelin and Maria Krell. Brother of the late Herman (Eugenia) and late Maria of Germany. Adolf will be especially missed by his dear friend Fred Warth. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Gerard Majella Church on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Francis Ezenezi presiding. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Sault Search and Rescue or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Grateful thanks to the angels of Birch Lane 1 who went out of their way to try to help father cope with the difficult move out of his own home and the compassion shown to us upon his passing.
