Passed away suddenly, with his family at his side, at Sault Area Hospital, on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the age of 75. Survived by his loving wife Cheryle. Lovingly remembered by his daughters Jennifer and Marnie (Paul) Barnes. Grampa of Ashley (Kyle), Austin (Jamie), Lacey, Devin and Katie. Great grampa of baby Bo Grisdale. He will be missed by his siblings Huck (Donna), Bev (John) Zarechney, Joe (Lorraine), and Donna (late Gary) Christie. Chuck was predeceased by his siblings George, Marilyn (late Lino), Fern (late Earl), John (late Georgina) and Butch (Pat). Brother in law of Marla (Vince) Borelli and Debbie (Terry) Boston. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will be sorely missed by his many friends. A graveside service and interment has taken place at Hillside Cemetery (Prince Township). The family would like to thank all of the compassionate nurses of The SAH 3C Overflow Unit for the amazing care. Memorial donations in Chuck's memory can be made to the charity of your choice or do as Chuck would and go out and do a good deed for someone else. Chuck was a very well loved and respected man. He loved fishing, camping, his family and friends. He will be missed for his sense of humour and practical jokes. www.northwoodfuneral.com "You shall receive a hero's welcome in heaven!"
