Passed away suddenly, surrounded by the love of his family on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the age of 69. Loving husband of Rose. Cherished father of Domenic, Jeffrey and Mark. Son of Alfonso and Rosina Lucio. Brother of Antonia Vena (late Eugene), late Luigi (late Rosetta), Gina Vaccaro (Gino), Iolanda Runco (Luigi), Giuseppe (Beatrice) and Eugene (Franca). Son-in-law of Domenico and Rosina Perri. Brother-in-law of Filomena Aprile, Joe and Enrica Trunzo. Nephew of the late Emilio (late Luigina), late Rosario Vennare (late Carmela) and late Antonio Vennera (Maria) of Toronto. Ottavio was the loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Special buddy to MacKenzie and Jake. He will be dearly remembered by his cousins Carmine Montuoro (Maria) of Italy, Maria Sicoli (late Antonio), late Mario Montuoro (late Teresa) and Maflada and Sesto Ienzi. Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Paul Conway officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to Light the Cross or ARCH would be appreciated by the family.
