Obituary of John Smale

- It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of John Grover Smale in Sault Ste. Marie on August 28, 2016. Former Reeve of Kingston Township and a Professional Chemical Engineer. John was always a servant for the people and our Lord and loved everyone. Dear husband of Rose for 65 years. Predeceased by his daughter Jeannine. Father of John (Anita) and Paul (Tracey). Cherished grandfather of Ava and Jude. Predeceased by his parents Pearl and Henry Smale. Brother of the late Bill (Velma), Helen, Shirley, Audrey and Barbara (Stuart). Brother-in-law of Paul Maskluk (Anne), late Steve Muskaluk (Elsie), Marlene Mervyn (Ross) and late Lillian Quesnele (late Harvey). John will be dearly remembered by his many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. A special thank you to Paulette Shell "his Angel." Many thanks to all who showed love, kindness and compassion to him during his illness. He will remain in our prayers. God Bless you John. You will be missed.
