Obituary of Elizabeth Greco

GRECO, Elizabeth (Betty) - Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital - General Site on Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Ernest Greco. Dear mother of John, Elizabeth "Betty Joan" Davies (Larry), Thomas (Corrine), the late Douglas and the late Ernest (Terrie). Loving grandmother of Jevon; Paul; Beth Davies, Bronwyn Davies and Lawrence Davies; Michael, Jarrett and Jonathan and great grandmother of Amyra. Dear sister-in-law of Sister Immaculata, Sister Leila, Carolyn Landay (late Andy), the late Lucille Daly (Gene) and predeceased by Eugene (Margaret), Rose Francolini (Steve), Evelyn Nanne (Mike), Isabelle Rebellato (Tony) and Rita Boniferro (Albert). Elizabeth will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. The Greco Family extends their sincere appreciation and gratitude to Dr William Grosso and Kathy Palombi for their dedication and care over the past several years. A private memorial mass was held at Precious Blood Cathedral with Reverend Hamish Currie officiating. Memorial donations can be made out to the SAH - Dr. Greco Memorial Fund (used to fund urgent equipment needs for the Sault Area Hospital) would be appreciated by the family.
