BIFANO, Gilda - Peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Sault Area Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Geniale Bifano. Dear mother of the late Ann Gallo (James), Ida Borrelli (Victor), Linda Caputo (Frank), Frank Bifano (Stephanie) and Vincent Bifano (Laurie). Grandmother of Rosalynn (Mike), Gerry (Kate), Jason (Tara), Danny (Jackie), Michael (Crystal), David (Mindi), Michael (Audray), Marcie, Madison, Quinn and Gabrial. Great Grandmother of Aiden, Andrew, Tayte and Trent. Sister of the late Angelina Coccimiglio (late Genio), the late Liundina Muto (late Giovanni), the late Francesca Coccimiglio (late Carmen), the late Domenico Coccimiglio (Maria), Carla Caputo (late Albert), Emilio Coccimiglio (Ida) of Italy, Ida Bruni (Filippo), the late John Coccimiglio, Sylvio Coccimiglio (Annetta) and Gaetano Coccimiglio (Josephine). Sister-in-law of the late Maria Gallo (Giuseppe), late Vincenzo Bifano of Italy, Antonia Veltri (late Giocomo) of France, late Anna Coccimiglio (late Genio), Alberto Bifano (Yolanda) of Italy, Erminia Cuglietta (late Fiore) of Italy, Rosina Marinaro (Giuseppe) of Italy and Francesca Caputo (Alfredo). Gilda will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Special thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Sault Area Hospital for the care they gave. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Sunday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Gregory's Church on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Trevor Scarfone officiating.
