Obituary of Edwin Katajamaki

KATAJAMAKI, Edwin Lorne - Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 in his 77th year. Lovingly remembered by his wife Iona (nee Marshall) of 51 years and by his children Lorne (Annette), Edwina Duguay (Michael), Alison Danby (Mark) and Rhonda Dewar (Steven). Also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Nicholas, Benjamin and Stephanie Katajamaki, Dalton, Michaela and Sara Duguay, Kevin and Mara Danby, Matthew and Zack Dewar. Son of the late Gabriel and Saima Katajamaki. Brother of Thelma Abbott (Max) and Ronald (Joyce). Brother-in-law of Lester Marshall (Ann Marie), Ethel Dale (late Melvin) and the late Gladys Eddy (Alvin), Margaret Jikinosky (John), Eleanor Kelly (Fred), Herbert Marshall (Lola), Len Marshall (Pearl) and Lorne Marshall. Friends are invited to visit at Zion Lutheran Church (189 Upton Road) on Friday, September 10, 2010 from 12 noon until time of memorial service at 1 p.m. with Reverend Jouko Jyrkama officiating. Memorial donations to the Sault Area Hospital or ARCH would be greatly appreciated by the family.
