Obituary of Giovanni Naccarato

In the arms of his family, Johnny passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 in his 71st year. Devoted husband and best friend of Michelina for 54 years. Adored father of Gino (Jennifer) and Pina Hladki (George). Cherished grandfather and hero of Krystina Pino (Justin), Logan and Jackson. Predeceased by his parents Eugenio and Giuseppina of Calabria, Italy. Son-in-law of the late Francesco and Angela Coccimiglio of Calabria, Italy. Beloved brother of Teresa Sicoli (late Eugenio), Maria Coccimiglio (Cesare), late Rosa and Antonio (Anna) of Calabria, Italy. Brother-in-law of the late Elvira Guzzo (late Ralph), late Rosaria Coccimiglio (late Arcangelo), late Louisa Meraglia (late Salvatore), late Anna Rosa (late Eugenio), Maria Plastino (Antonio), late Mario Coccimiglio (Teresa) and Eugenio Coccimiglio (Rosa). Johnny will be missed by his many nieces and nephews in both Italy and Canada. His family will always remember him for his wonderful sense of humour, kindness and generosity. Friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Friday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass to be held at St. Veronica's Church on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Reverend Ron Ambeault officiating.
