Dear Joette,Liz,Art and Family I was so sorry to hear about James. I can't even imagine how difficult this must be for your family. My memories of James are as an easy going, happy, kind, athletic teenager who loved his family. Joette, I know how close and protective you were of James in his younger years and hope your family and friends give you the support you need. Liz and Art, for the short time I knew you I always though you were amazing parents. Your kindness and sense of humour was very evident in your children. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Dear Liz, Art and Joette and family, words cannot express how deeply saddened our Mullins family is for the loss of dear James. Over the years when ever Colin and I reminisce about our childhood growing up in Salisbury with Mom and Dad, we speak of Joette and James! As kids we were always at your house or James was at ours. As you can see from the pictures Colin and James were inseperable as little boys (and I will add always getting into trouble! ha!) James was such a true friend and kept in touch after all these years with Colin. Even after our Dad passed away 3 years ago at Christmas I got a call from James to say how sorry he was to hear the news....now I can't believe I'm saying that to you...
Sending love and prayers your way, Lori xo

It was with great shock and sadness that I learned of James' untimely passing. Although I have not seen him in years, I have many fond memories of times shared together when we were younger, and had only recently gotten back in touch with him thanks to Facebook. My deepest sympathies go out to the Robinson family at this time. James was too soon taken and will be greatly missed by all those who shared in his life.

We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name, In life we loved you dearly,in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our friendship chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again. My condolences to James' family and fiance. I will never forget James' smile. He will be missed tremendously!! R.I.P. James Terry Hendry

I am sorry to hear the tragic news about James. My sincerest thoughts are with your family at this time. On a personal note, time together has been limited over the past years but I will always cherish the time we were able to spend together in 2009 catching up (and laughing) when our family was travelling across country.

Art, Liz and Joette, We are so sorry to hear of James's passing. Since the first time we met James at Point Des Chenes he left a very good and lasting impression, he was polite, he was personable, and always carried on a great conversation at a level way beyond his age. All this is a credit to his up bringing by two of the finest parents that we have ever known. Take care, be strong and if you need someone to talk to please call. See you soon.

Art, Liz & Family: No words can express our sorrow with the loss of James. Although we are far away, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. We were first introduced to James many many years ago. We were in New Brunswick driving along the road looking for your house when we saw this little boy standing at the side of the road peeing in the ditch. We knew we were at the right house. Our condolences also go to James' financee and family. God will help you get through this in time. We love you and are with you always.

I would like to share this story since I found much value in it over the years. James Robinson never forgot family. He always knew who he was and where he was from. When James moved away from Salisbury, NB to Sault Ste. Marie in the 8th grade, we agreed that we would keep in touch, even if it was just at Christmas. Over the years, I found myself to be complacent with this pack, but not James. He called me every year after on Christmas eve to catch up and to also wish me and my family the best for the new year. Although this was something so simple, it really impacted me the most when my children were born, got older and became cognisant of the meaning of Christmas. James, having known that I, in fact, had children wrote an email to me shortly before Christmas and in the closing of his email he said:"... I hope that your kids have found a good friend to them as you were to me growing up". This is something so easily said and simple, but I will truly never forget this. I will miss James dearly, we were in separable as kids!!!

Your son, brother, brother in law, and uncle was and AMAZING man. We shared many laughs during our time at the Dunn and were there for each other with the untimely passing of another angel, Nadia. Still after all these years, we were still friends who never skipped a beat when we ran into each other. We shared an inside joke(consisting of only 3 words) and when I think of it, I smile. I can hear him. He could say so much without saying really nothing at all. We were able to even communicate while I was driving and he was ploughing the city sidewalks. His ever-present smile was for all. Everyone adored him. His was and will always be a treasure in so many peoples' eyes. James will never be forgotten. All of the people who have been fortunate enough to say they knew James Robinson aka Jamesy will not let that happen. My sincerest condolences to you all at this very sad and tragic time. - Vicki Bailey(Schikofsky)
