Obituary of Susan Pavelich

PAVELICH, Susan - Passed away peacefully on March 16, 2011 at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 86 years with family by her side. Beloved wife of the late John Pavelich. Dear mother of Brenda, Suzanne (Serge Cote) and the late Greg. Grandmother of Jessica and Sara Amato. Sister of the late Mary Balkon (late Chuck), late Anne Gibson (late Dick), late Andrew Evans and late John Evans. Sister-in-law of the late Emil Pavelich (late Aino), late Anna Kermand (late Joe), late Marion Pavelich (late Bruna), Mary Bachmeir (late Tony), Margaret Nikkinen (late Wes), Mark Pavelich (Audrey) and Helen Hillstrom (late Don). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Susan was proud of the many businesses she owned, especially the Lone Pine Drive in (the Sault's first drive in restaurant). Friends may visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Monday, March 21, 2011 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Jerome Church at 1:00 p.m. with Monsignor Victor Amadio officiating. Interment at Holy Sepluchre Cemetery. Memorial donations to the F.J. Davey Home, Kidney Foundation of Canada or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
