Obituary of Gail Cornell

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Friday April 22, 2011 at Sault Area Hospital. Beloved wife and friend of Robert Cornell and the late Garry Lidstone. Devoted mother of Linda McMillan (Donald), Russell Lidstone (Linda), late Michael Lidstone (Theresa) and Darren Lidstone (Shannon). Much loved grandmother of Laura McMillan (Randy Rice), Robbie McMillan (Anne), Russell and Ryan Lidstone, Michael and Jeremy Lidstone, Garry Lidstone and Cameron MacDonald. Grandma Van to Jacob, Haley, Landyn and Jordan. She is survived by her siblings: Eloise Odber (Joe), Colleen Wasyliniuk, Alex Brydges, Sharon McNaught (Bob), Brenda Brydges and by her sister-in-law Anne Robichaud. Predeceased by her parents Agnes and Grant Brydges and by her siblings Doris Carter, Pat Sharpe, Bob Brydges, Bruce Brydges, Ruby Brydges and by her sister-in-law Doreen Hill. Special aunt to many nieces and nephews. Gail was a longtime member of the Elk's Lodge. At Gail's request, there will be no visitation or service. Memorial donations to ARCH, Easter Seals, or the Elks Home Committee would be appreciated by the family.
