Obituary of Helen Hamilton

HAMILTON, Helen (Podorozny) - After a lengthy illness and valiant struggle, Helen Hamilton passed away at the Great Northern Nursing Centre on Monday, May 30, 2011 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Clarence Hamilton. Devoted mother of the late Clarence (Ellen), Myra Graham, Eric (Lorrie) and Brian (Gerri). Loving grandmother of Terry (Lynne), Vance (Lisa), Kathy (Jeff) and David (Tina), Matthew (Jade) and Corrine (Don). Great grandmother of Stephanie, Brennan, Kayla, Zachary, Liam and Erin. Sister of Stella, late Mary and late Irene. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Grace United Church in Hilton Beach on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 1 p.m. with Reverend Eun-Joo Park officiating. A luncheon will follow at the Hilton Beach Community Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Grace United Church, Hilton Beach Community Hall or the Kidney Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
