Peacefully at Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) on Friday, June 10, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Denise Lebel. Dear father of Celine Lebel (Paul Schryer) and Dianne Lachapelle (Tom Ingram). Proud pepere of Tyler Daoust, Genevieve Lachapelle (Sherri), Dominique Lachapelle and great-grandfather of Charles Lachapelle Smith. Loving brother of Jeannine Lebel, Gabrielle Lebel-Beaulieu, Rita Lebel McKeown (Maurice), Gracienne Lebel and Danielle Theriault (Al); predeceased by his sister Pauline and brother Berthier. At Bert's request there will be no visitation or service, cremation will take place. For those who wish, memorial donations made to ARCH, Canadian Cancer Society or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
