At the age of 62 years young. Adored husband and best friend of 43 years to Judy (Smith). Dear father of Laura (Albert), Lisa (Rick), and David "Chum" Jr. (Jessica). Loved "papa Goulais" to Lauren, Cody, Dyllen, Joseph, Jesse, Tessa, Kylie, Acacia, Matthieu, Travis, Kevin and Alivia. Son of the late Harvey and Peggy (Margaret) Sherrard, and son-in-law of Norman and the late Evelyn Smith. Special brother-in-law to Jack Mooney (Aline), Wendy Pritchard (Joe) and the late Gertrude and Garth Cathcart. David will be missed by (his special sister and brother) Juanita and Gary Evans. David will also be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 from 11 a.m. until time of memorial service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to ARCH would be appreciated by the famiy. www.northwoodfuneral.com
