VAN DAELE, Faye - Passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at the age of 51. Dear mother of Jeremy. Loving daughter of Peter and Jacqueline Van Daele. Dear sister of Norman Mortimore (Marlene), Jacqueline "Missy" Dear (Bradley) and Kenny Van Daele (Tracey). Aunt of Chantelle, Kendra, Sean, Chelsie and Jason. Grand daughter of the late Jean Lariviere and the late Alice Van Daele. Friends and family may visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Monday, September 26, 2011 from 11 a.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. with Reverend Sam Norbo officiating.
