Obituary of Lino Lento

Passed away peacefully at the F.J. Davey Home with his family by his side on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the age of 85. Lino is now reunited with his loving wife Rosetta and cherished son Anthony Lento. Dear father of Antoinette Ritacco (Mario), Liliane Caputo (Benny), Pina Fata (Frank), the late Anthony Lento and Mara Mauro (Lou). Loving grandfather of Rosalie Ritacco (Keith Fisher) and Amanda Wiesner (Stephen), Krysten Caputo and Jessica O’Brien (Travis), Tiana Fata and Adrian Fata, Ryan Mauro and Jenna Mauro. Great grandfather of Blake O’Brien and Kendrick Fisher. Son of the late Antonia and Giuseppe Antonio Lento. Brother of the late Rica Vairo (late Luigi), Pasquale Lento (Concetta), Emilia Russo (late Antonio) of France and Lodi Lento (Annarosa) of Italy. Son-in-law of the late Teresa and the late Antonio Frangione. Brother-in-law of Frank Frangione (Maria), late Nicola Frangione, Giovanna Provenzano (Salvatore), late Maggiorino Frangione (Maria) and Pierino Frangione. Lino will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends may visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Daniele Muscolino officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Stand Up To Cancer Canada – Stem Cell Research, the Parkinson’s Foundation or ARCH would be appreciated by the family.
