Obituary of Paul Edmond Beauregard
With broken hearts, the family of Paul Beauregard is saddened to announce his sudden and untimely passing on Sunday July 2nd. Paul was taken from us far too soon. He and wife Maureen were looking forward to becoming empty nesters, with plans to take more time together and pursue dreams left behind. Paul was thrilled and proud that their sons Carson and Taylor would also be starting a new chapter in their lives by sharing their own home, and working diligently toward their separate dreams and futures. As a friend of Paul’s once said; “Paul either likes a person or he doesn’t.” How true; and if you were one of the lucky ones, he would do anything he could for you. He loved the challenge of solving problems in his job as an auto body repair technician. Paul was a talented and giving man. He could fabricate and build anything, whether it be with metal or wood. Creating, repairing and building were his life's passions. Paul enjoyed family camping trips and adventures to Alaska and places unknown. He was a culinary genius when it came to camp cooking and enjoyed reading quietly by the camp fire. Paul will be sadly missed by his loving mother, Jeanine Beauregard (Lavoie) predeceased by father Jean Paul Beauregard sister Diane (Alex), brothers Maurice and Robert (Carrie), predeceased by his brother Donald. His sarcastically wicked sense of humour will be forever remembered and missed by his many friends, in-laws, nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until time of sharing in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations to Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
“l will miss you my love, as will our boys.”
