Obituary of Christopher Suraci

 It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Chris. Loving husband and best friend to Patti for 26 years. Hero, friend and father to his children; Hayden and Paxton. Dear son of Virginia Suraci and reunited with his father, Papa Joe.  Chris will be dearly missed by his siblings- Stephan, Wayne (Merle Craig) and Theresa (Robert Howard).  Son-in-law of Del and Joanne Pettenuzzo. Brother-in-law of Steven Pettenuzzo (Jackie), Rodney Pettenuzzo (Sandra Minors), Wendy Sageloly (Marc) and Marty Pettenuzzo (Tracy).  Uncle Chris will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews for his fun loving nature and sense of humour.  Ric Wickstrom, your friendship with Chris will always be remembered by his family, and Chris would want you to keep riding the trail. Reunited with his beloved Belle. Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Sunday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel on Monday, August 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Alex Saurianthadathil officiating. The family would like to thank our Basswood Lake angels and the First Responders; you will forever be in our hearts.  Donations made to the Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
