Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Extendicare Maple View on Friday, September 1, 2017 at the age of 96 years old. Beloved wife of the late Guglielmo. Loving mother of Elisa Merlino (Fiorenzo). Cherished Nonni of Vincent (Jessica), Brian (Ashlie) and Paul (Lianna). Great Nonni of Ariella, Vivianna, Liam, Jack and Noel. Loving aunt of Lella and Nick Liberati and Mary Taraborrelli. Special friend to Giovanna Mignacca and Roberta Spadafore. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family in Italy. A private funeral has taken place. Memorial contributions may be made to ARCH or to a charity of your choice. A very special thank you to the wonderful staff on Ranger Lake at Maple View for the great care, love, respect and compassion shown to Linda and her family.
