Obituary of Eileen Wood-Salomon
Surrounded by her loving family, Eileen passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 2, 2017 in her 97th year. Predeceased by her loving husband James Desmond. Loving mother of James (Zoey), Dawn Ellis (late Austin), Angus (Judith), Philip (Theresa), Heather (Linda), Joan Thibodeau (Marc), Yvonne and Sharon Wood-Anderson (Dean). Cherished grandmother of 15, great grandmother of 16, great great grandmother of 5. Dear sister of the late Kary Yearwood. Eileen will be dearly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service in the Chapel at 12:00 noon. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Pauline’s Place or the Soup Kitchen would be appreciated by the family.
