Obituary of Pasquale Michele Rocchetta

Peacefully passed away with family by his side at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the age of 88. Loving husband of Filomena for 65 years.  Cherished father of Rose Hatfield (Tim), late Joe (Trudy), Frank (Diane), Jimmy (Heather). Treasured Nonno of 14 and Great Grandpa to 17. Predeceased by his parents Giuseppe and Rosaria (Vercillo) Rocchetta.  Dear Brother of Maria Rocchetta (Paolo), late Lidia, Rose Cesinaro (late Giustino), Esterina Pucci (Eugenio), Antonio (Saveria), Mario (Rosetta), Armando (Rosallina). Brother-in-law of late Maria Galasso, late Antonio Fisico (late Marietta), late Michele Fisico (late Rosa), late Emilia Fisico, late Carmen Fisico (Teresa), late Angelina Fata (Guerino) (late Michele Francella). Pasquale will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with a Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to the Parkinson’s Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A very special thank you to the staff at Extendicare Maple View (3rd floor, Twin Lakes) and to the Sault Area Hospital for the great care and compassion shown to Pasquale and our family.
