Obituary of Andrew Joseph Lucas

Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Maple View Nursing Home on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at the age of 93.  Andrew is now reunited with his loving wife Margaret.  Dear father of the late Paul (late Wanda), Chris and Philip (Janine).  Cherished grandfather of Andrea, Adam and Andrew Lucas.  Predeceased by his parents Eva and Vernon Lucas.  Brother of the late Lester Lucas, late Dorothy Yadivisiak (late Ted), late Monica Clukey (late Leonard), and John Lucas (late Mary).  Andrew will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.  Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Monday, November 27, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Funeral mass to follow at St. Gregory’s Church at 1:00 p.m. with Father Eric Pannike officiating.  Inurnment will take place in the spring.  Memorial donations to the ALS Foundation would be appreciated by the family. www.northwoodfuneral.com
