Obituary of Martin Burke

Peacefully, at the FJ Davey Home on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the late Jean. Loving father of Patrick (Vicki) and Maureen Bard (Randy). Grandfather of Colin and Katie. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Deilia Burke and his father-in-law and mother-in-law Bernard and Lillian Cushley. He will be remembered by his siblings Austin Burke (Mary), Gertrude Donoghue (Bob) and predeceased by brothers John (late Mary) and Gerard (Maureen). He will be remembered by his extended family in Ireland. Brother-in-law of the late Bernard Cushley (late Bernadine), Lillian Evans (late Tom), Pat Mick (Jimmy) and the late Jack Cushley (Ann). Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Special friend of Eileen and the late John Fagan. A private graveside service was held. Memorial donations made to the Parkinson’s Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family. Our family would like to thank Pathways, SAH 3C and the FJ Davey Home Cedar Grove 2 for their care.
