Obituary of Arlene Mayers
With heartfelt sorrow we announce the unexpected passing of Arlene on Thursday, December 28, 2017 in her 81st year. Beloved wife and best friend of Frank Edward for 61 years. Cherished mother of Susan Maville (Bill), Sandy Ibbitson (Bruce), Sharon St. Pierre (Rick) and Steven Mayers. Grandmother of nine and great grandmother of nine. Sister-in-law of Michael Mayers (Vicky) and Mel Thompson (late Julie). She will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Arlene will be dearly missed by all at Holy Trinity Anglican Church. Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral Service to follow in the chapel at 1:00 pm with Rev. Claire Miller officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Holy Trinity ACW or the Group Health Centre Trust Fund.
