It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Anna, surrounded by the love of her family on Monday, March 26, 2018 at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Emil. Cherished mother of Wanda Fetherston (late Ted), Stanley (Cindy), Irene Fleury (Martin), Regina Madill (Jim) and Chester (Tally). Proud Babcia of Michael, Haley, Andre, Vanessa, Melissa, Annette, Cheryl and Stacey. Baba-Babcia of 13. Dear sister of George Grunt (Ursula), late Mila Sikorski (late Stan), late Maria Kulakowski, Ted Grunt (late Anna), late Sandra Bednarz (late Benny) and the late Victor Mathews (Pat). Predeceased by her parents Tomas and Rosalia Grunt. Sister-in-law of Maria Macholicova of Czechoslovakia, late Jan Dziergas and the late Chester Dziergas. Anna will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. A private family service was held. Memorial donations to ARCH would be greatly appreciated by the family. Thank you to the Great Northern Retirement Home, Sault Area Hospital and ARCH for the care and compassion shown to Anna and our family. A special thank you to cousin Halina for all her help, support and love. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758).
