Obituary of Patrick Thomas Lannigan

Peacefully passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Lannigan. Loving father of Pat (late Cindy), Jack, Bob (Theresa), Cathy Snider (Mike), Jerry (Jackie), Tommy (Derinda), Kenny (Jacqui), Patricia McGregor, Connie Heimonen (Norm), Mike, Marty (Andrea) and Will (Kayla). Cherished grandfather and great grandfather of many. Dear brother of June, Robert, Patricia and Sharon; predeceased by Irene, Evelyn, Gerry, Jim, Shirley, Marjory, Marie, Dorothy Ann and Michael. Son of the late Martin Joseph Lanigan and Mary Margaret Carroll. Friends and family are invited to visit at St. Ambrose Catholic Church (Thessalon, Ontario) on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass to be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel at 11:30 a.m. with Father Paul Conway. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste. Marie would be appreciated by the family.
