Passed away peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice surrounded by family on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at the age of 92. Devoted wife of the late Ernie. Beloved mother of John (Anne), Christine Snuggerud (LeRoy), Karen Boston (Ross), Kim McConnell (late John), Eric (Sharon) and Jamie (Marianne). Cherished Grandma of Tracey Manley (Greg), Angela Millard, Cheryl Marlatt (Kevin), Stefanie Snuggerud, Chad Snuggerud (Marcie), late Jesse Boston, Karie (Mike Pintaric) and C.J. McConnell, Kyle, Andrew, Joshua and Bryce Vanderburg.  Great Grandma of 10 and great great grandma of 2. Margaret was a war bride who came to Canada from England in 1946. She worked at the Memorial Gardens and for the Soo Greyhound Hockey Club from their inception into the OHL until her retirement. Thank you to Dr. Apostle, Kelly and staff at ARCH, Jessica from BayShore, Nora and Shelia from Premier Home Care and the staff at Collegiate Heights for their excellent care of Marg. At Margaret’s request, cremation and a private family service has taken place. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to ARCH. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758).
