Obituary of George Jerzy Grunt

Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the age of 98. Devoted husband of Ursula for 67 years. Admired father of Dorothy Zeljeznak (Zvonko), Tom and Brian (Robbin). Opa will be lovingly remembered by his seven grandchildren and his seven great grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Ted Grunt (late Anna), late Mila Sikorski (late Stan), late Maria Kulakowski, late Sandra Bednarz (late Benny), late Anna Dziergas (late Emil) and the late Victor Mathews (Pat). George will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass to follow at Holy Family Parish at 11:30 a.m. with Father Boguslaw Jaroszek officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations to the FJ Davey Home Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
