Dear Lou and Liliana, I’m very sorry to hear about the news of your mother’s passing. She was one the kindest and sweetest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I just wanted to let you know just how very sorry I am for your loss. She was always so happy taking care of everybody that it felt like she was everyone’s mom. You have been very blessed with such a great mother, and I know how much you’re hurting now. Your mother will live in a special place in my heart. She was someone I truly admired because of her strength, kindness, and generosity. She was my very special Zia. I have never met anyone quite like her. I share your pain and sadness over her loss because we truly did lose someone incredible.
