Obituary of Erminia Bruno

Peacefully surrounded by her family at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, December 29^th, 2018 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of Giuseppe Bruno.  Loving mother of Anna Bossio (Orlino), Angela McCormick (late Marvin), Maria Spina (Fernando), and Peter Bruno (Anna). Dear grandmother of Victor Bossio (Maria), John Bossio (Carlie), Mario Spina (Cindy), Marialisa Spina (Cody), Joe Bruno (Mora), and Paul Bruno (Christina). Adored great grandmother of Alexander (Brooke) and Aaron Bossio, Nico Bossio, Macey and Marlee Spina, Pietro and Anthony Bruno. Daughter of the late Francesco and the late Angela Bruni. Dear sister of the late Francesca Bruni, late Giuseppe ‘Peppino’ Bruno (Ida), late Angelo Bruni (late Antoinetta), late Ortenzia Cuglietta (late Gaspare) and the late Settimio Bruni (Iolanda). Sister-in-law of Iolanda Bruni (late Settimio), Eugenia Bruni (late Salvatore) of Italy and the late Vittorio Bruno (late Erminia). Erminia will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at Precious Blood Cathedral (778 Queen St. East) on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Emmanuel officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations made to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
