Obituary of Richard John Hunnie

It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the sudden passing of Rick at his home on Wednesday, June 6, 2019 at the age of 59.  Loving partner and best friend to Gina Turmaine for the past 9 years.  Cherished son of Janet and Eugene Hunnie.  Loving brother of Tim Hunnie (Nicole) and the late Randy Hunnie (Tammy).  Special uncle to Michelle Hunnie (Lee), Ashley Hunnie, Christopher Gramola (Amanda) and Jacob and Alana Hunnie.  Rick was the proud great uncle to Hannah and Isaac Guerriero and Axel and Steele Gramola.  Role model and good friend to Gina's sons Micheal and Nicholas Turmaine.  Rick will be sadly missed by many of his lifelong friends.  Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in the lower lounge for a celebration of life and reception.  Memorial donations to TAAG or a local charity of your choice would be appreciated.
