Obituary of Anne Trach

Please share a memory of Anne to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Peacefully passed away at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) in Sault Ste. Marie on Thursday, June 20, 2019 in her 94th year. Anne was born and raised in Honeymoon, Saskatchewan. A large part of her married life was then spent living and working in the Toronto area, and as an avid sports fan, always cheering on her beloved Blue Jays. Anne came to spend her final years with family, in Hilton Beach on St. Joseph Island. There she fulfilled her dream of living by the water and was continually delighted by the variety of wildlife she observed on the island.

Predeceased by husband Paul, parents John & Mary Ruznisky, and brothers Morris, Steve, Peter, Bill and John.

Anne is survived by daughter Barbara, son-in-law Robert, grand daughter Victoria, great grandson Hunter, as well as dear sister Josephine and many nieces and nephews.

A private Celebration of Life and interment at Mount Hope Cemetery in Brantford will follow.  We would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Sharon Buehner and the staff and volunteers at ARCH for their wonderful care.  Memorial donations to ARCH would be most appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758).
