Obituary of Kathleen Black

Peacefully passed away at Extendicare Van Dale on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at the age of 85. Loving wife of the late William Black Sr. Loving mother of William Black Jr. and the late Ward Black. Cherished grandmother of Charleen Black (Craig Sagle). Great grandmother of Claire and Declan Sagle. Daughter of the late Richard Munroe and the late Grace (late Elmer Broad). Dear sister of Alice Bolton, Jean Clarke, Elsie Johnson and predeceased by Mary Ashick, Mable McCaig, Lyla Bouchard, Bernice Munroe, Mildred Pitzner, Richard Munroe and the late Phillis and late Frances. Kathleen will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and dear friends.  Daughter-in-law of the late Oswald and late Gertrude Black. Sister-in-law of Wanda Killins, Olive Jones, Gary Black, Sharon Rathbone and predeceased by James Black, Ben Black, Melvin Black, Eileen Hunter, Lloyd Black, Lee Black and infant brother.  Family and friends are invited to Memorial Service at Greenwood Cemetery Chapel on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Memorial donations to Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangement entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758).
