Obituary of Ettorino Cuglietta

With heavy hearts we regret to announce the passing of Ettorino on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the age of 96. He is now reunited with his much loved and cherished wife Ersilia. Most loving and wonderful father of Ronaldo, Geniale, Emilia Lepore (Remo) and Dino (Lori).  Much adored Nono to the biggest joys of his life; Stefanie Cuglietta (Dave Punshon), Mark Lepore (Andrea Bortolussi), Andrew Lepore (Tiana Taranto), Patrick Lepore and Angie Cuglietta. Great grandfather of Thomas and Andrew. Son of the late Emilia and late Geniale Cuglietta. Brother of the late Gugliemo and late Lucia Cuglietta, late Filomena Chiarello (late Italo), late Ida Cuglietta (late Vittorio), late Margherita Berardelli (Francesco), late Ortenzio Cuglietta (late Serafina) and the late Irma Falsetto (Geniale). Son-in-law of the late Luigi and late Raffaela Longo. Brother-in-law of Maria Longo (late Ottavio), Mela Scanga (late Giuseppe), Achille (late Maria), Angela, Mafalda Pagliaro (Mario), late Elvira, Franco (Belen) Longo (late Maria), Nella Longo (late Settimio), Gino (late Anna), Lina Montemurro (Giuseppe) and Florindo (Lina). Ettorino will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by his many special friends. Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Gregory’s Church on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Trevor Scarfone officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum.  Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to the PSW’s and staff at Extendicare Van Daele for their care and compassion shown to Ettorino and our family over the years.
