Obituary of Settimo "Sandy" Zanatta

Peacefully passed away at Extendicare Maple View on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at the age of 83. Settimo is now reunited with his loving wife, the late Gloria Zanatta. Loving father of David (Christy). Brother of Savina (late Luigi), late Lina Frasetto (late Roger), Anna Soligo (late Ardurino), late Corrado (Antoinette), late Rino (late Josephine and late Carolina), Feruccio (Louisela) and the late Arturo (Zita). Predeceased by his parents Clementa and Maria Zanatta. Son-in-law of the late Elena and the late Gino Girardi. Brother-in-law of the late Anthony (late Lynn), Raymond (Marjorie) and the late Michael (Janice). Settimo will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Monday, January 27, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12:00 noon. Memorial donations to the Sault Ste. Marie Alzheimer Society or Maple View Residents Council would be greatly appreciated.
