Peacefully, with her family by her side at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, February 17, 2020 in her 84th year. Cherished wife and devoted companion of the late Sid. Loving Mother of Shaun (Rolline) and Michele (Mike). Proud Grandmother of Josh, Karrah (Mike), Emma (Anthony), Clovie and great grandmother of Maxx. Irene’s family would like to thank the nurses and personal support workers on 2C for their care and compassion. At Irene’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Memorial donations made to SAH Foundation or ARCH would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758).
