After a hard-fought battle, in his 83rd year, Phil passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on February 22, 2020. Loving Father of Sharon, Sonyia, Philip Jr. and Michael. Proud Grandfather of Kurtis, Kandis, late Matthew, Mark, Mariah, Shonna and Karrie. Dear Brother of Elsie, Tony, Mike and the late Sofie, Olga, Peter and Paul. Phil will also be missed by his great grandchildren, extended family and many friends. A celebration of life, in honour of Phil, will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 (96 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie) on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758).
