Obituary of Eugenio Ferlaino

Passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at the age of 81 years. Loving father of Michael (Dina), late Sergio (Sandra), Patrizia and Frank (Andreea). Cherished Nono of Mikayla, Matthew, Nathan, Druanna, Nevan, Dariyan, Vanessa, Daniella and Adam Ferlaino. Predeceased by his parents Michele and Saveria Ferlaino of Italy. Brother of the late Pasquale (Maria) and the late Domenico (late Natalina) of Sault Ste. Marie, late Domenica (late Alberto) of Vancouver, late Raffaela (late Gino), late Gennaro (late Gemma), Maria (late Antonio), late Ernesto (late Louisa), late Armando (late Filomena) and Americo (Maria) of Italy. Eugenio will be missed by his family, many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Father Ron Ambeault officiating. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to the SAH Cancer Care Fund would be appreciated by the family. A very special thank you to all the wonderful and caring nurses from 1B – 105 at Sault Area Hospital for their amazing compassion and the excellent care they provided to our dad including the support to our family. Also, a special thank you to Dr. Bowen, Dr. O’Brien, Dr. Mclean, Dr. Apostle, Dr. Shahata, Dr. Voutsadakis, and all the other Sault Area Hospital staff for their great care and support.
