Obituary of Andy Buffone

It is with great sorrow and broken hearts the family announces the unexpected passing of Andy on Sunday, March 1, 2020. We take great peace knowing Andy is reunited with his beloved parents Josephine “Peppina” and Francesco “Frank” Buffone. Loving husband and best friend of Christina. Adored and devoted father of Anthony and Nyah. Cherished brother of Lou (Carla), John (Charlotte) and Franca (John). Admired brother-in-law of Luisa Martone (Mike St. Eloi). Son-in-law of Mario and Rosina Martone. Special uncle of Adam, Jessica, Lucas, Michael, Taylor and Marc. Family and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass at St. Gregory’s Church on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 12:00 noon with Father Trevor Scarfone officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family. Andy’s final round of golf along with a celebration of his life will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758). Andy is now playing golf, on the Fairway to Heaven.
