Peacefully passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Emidio. Dear mother of Alex (Rosemarie), Teresa Caravaggio (Paul), Vittorio, Margaret Fortais (John), Nick (Loveday) and Joanne Peer (Ken). Grandmother of Terrilee (Al), Alex Jr. (Susan), Jason (Megan), Stephanie, Laura, Stanley, Philip, Sarah (Ed), Adam, Nathan (Krista), Jenna (Travis), Reg (Erin) and Thomas (Ashley). Great grandmother of Nicole, Dominic (Julia), Alyssa, Caden, Casandra, Trent, Troy, Mason and Maverick. Great great grandmother of Landon and Tyson. Predeceased by her parents Nick and Margherita Genetti. Dear sister of Dora Colasacco (late Armando), Ersilia DiMicoli (late Camillo), Antonietta Battel (Tony) and Frank Genetti (late Linda). Sister-in-law of the late Domenica Pasquantonio (late Nicola), late Giuseppe (late Onorina) and Teresa Ottaviani (late Renato). She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Trevor Scarfone officiating.
