Obituary of Adua Sdao

Peacefully passed away at home on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at the age of 83 surrounded by the love of her family. Beloved wife of Nello for over 60 years. Loving mother of Liliana Bruni (Enzo) and Pat. Proud Nanna of Louie (Vanessa) and Mark Bruni. Great Nanna of Nico Bruni. Daughter of the late Pasquale Cappelli and Maria Rosa Meraglia. Dear sister of Alfredo Cappelli (Rosaria), Lina Cutuli (late Mimo), late Salvatore Cappelli (Rosaria) and predeceased by Rosa Gabriele (Luigi), Maria Fascetti (Armando), Gaetano Cappelli (Filippina), Mario Cappelli (Norina), Valerio Cappelli and Fiore Cappelli (Fiorina). Daughter-in-law of the late Pasquale and Maria Sdao. Sister-in-law of Franco Sdao (late Elvira), Antonietta Cavaliere (late Giuseppe) and Luisa Palarchio (late Joe). She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and extended family. Adua’s strong love for her family was evident through her kindness and gentleness. Her home was always a welcoming home and she always cherished time spent with family and friends. Forever in our hearts, never to be forgotten. A private family service will be held. Memorial donations to the SAH Cancer Care Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family. A heartfelt thank you to the PSW’s at CBI, Bayshore staff especially Andrea and Kim and Laura from LHIN. A very special thank you to Dr. Hill and nurse Cindy and the entire staff at the SAH Cancer Clinic. A special thank you to the late Dr. Mario Febbraro, Dr. Jenkins and nurse Denise for the years of care provided to Adua as her family Doctor.
