It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Rodney on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at the age of 65. He is now reunited in heaven with his late parents Adeline and John and his two sisters Kathleen Smith and Sharon Berg. Loving Father of Jessica (Albino) and Monique Langlois (Justin “his favorite son-in-law”). Partner in life to Doris Gerner who will miss him greatly. Adored grandfather of “the best boys in the world” Trystan, Brandon and Noah Langlois. Brother of Patricia Hoffner (late Walter), John Rancourt (Yvonne), Bill Rancourt (Cheryl), Linda Falcioni, and Robert Rancourt (Michelline). Rod will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends including Rose Zaccaria and family. In keeping with Rod’s wishes no services will be held. In lieu of flowers a financial contribution may be made to be in trust for his grandchildren for their education (cheques made payable to Monique Langlois). Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758).
