Obituary of Shirley Mattice

We regret to announce the passing of Shirley on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at the Sault Area Hospital. Beloved wife of Earl for 65 years. Loving mother of Kenny (Jennifer), Kim (John) and Keith (Susan). Cherished Grandmother of Zachary, Tyler, Shannon, Matthew, Cole, Nick, late Lindsay and Wendy. Great grandmother of Adrianna, Shelby, Isaac and Kayleigh. Predeceased by her parents Les and Annie. Dear sister of Ina (Bill) and Doreen (Carlo). Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Due to the current pandemic there is a maximum attendance restriction of 40 attendees in the Funeral Home at one time. Mandatory for everyone is the use of hand sanitizer, masks or face coverings and physical distancing of 2 meters unless members of the same household. Due to attendance restrictions a private family service will be held at 11:00 a.m. and for those who wish to view, it will be streaming live through Facebook on the Northwood Funeral Home Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/northwoodfuneralhome/. Simply be on the Northwood Funeral Home Facebook home page at the designated time and the video will appear when the service begins. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste. Marie would be greatly appreciated.
