Obituary of Tammy Burch

Please share a memory of Tammy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with greatest sadness and broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Tammy. She is survived by her beloved mother and friend, Carol Irvine. Tammy will be dearly missed by her children R.J. Wood and Laura Louise Morgan and our very special friend, Rob Hore. She will be remembered by her grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many special friends. She is survived by her fur babies, Mischief, Zenza and Onyx. Tammy will be remembered for her kind heart, her free spirit, her generosity and her special way of helping those she loved. A private graveside service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to The Sault Ste. Marie Soup Kitchen, Christmas Cheer, The Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Rob for all of your tremendous help and support. A heartfelt thank you to her uncle Rick; as well as our family of neighbors for all your help and support. Thank you to Dr. Spadafora, Dr. Apostle, Nurse Louise and Susan and Lisa from ParaMed. Also, thank you to the North East LIN for all their assistance and care. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758). Love's Rose When I could no longer hold the tie that binds, I loosened it; I did not let it go but I loosened it. I held onto the one end, and I tucked the other into a safe place, my heart. Waiting for the seed to grow; to grow into a beautiful rose. Oh, the thorn of the rose does give pain, but the rose is beautiful. The rose is the flower of love, and is greatly loved. There can be no answer to the question of the pain of the thorn, only love to the rose, then learning, and experience and time. As there are many roses, there are many loves, and hope against hope that the rose finds the right love, for greatest is love; God's love and Mother's. ~ poem by Carol Irvine for Tammy on Mother's Day, 2014
