It is with heavy hearts and much sadness that her family announces her peaceful passing on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at the age of 85. She was surrounded by the love of her family and she is now reunited with her dearly missed and beloved husband Edwin. Cherished and loving mother of Lorne (Annette), Edwina Duguay (Michael), Alison Danby (Mark), and Rhonda Dewar (Steven). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren; Nicholas (Matthia), Benjamin (Keirstin), and Stephanie Katajamaki, Dalton, Michaela, and Sara Duguay (Michael), Kevin (Sheyh) and Mara Danby, Matthew and Zack Dewar. She was delighted to welcome her great granddaughter Reagan into the family. Daughter of the late Carlton and Helen Marshall (stepfather Frank Burrows). Predeceased by all of her siblings and their spouses; Lester (Ann Marie), Ethel Dale (Melvin), Gladys Eddy (Alvin), Margaret Jikinosky (John), Eleanor Kelly (Fred), Herbert (Lola), Len (Pearl) and Lorne. Sister-in-law of the late Thelma Abbott (Max) and the late Ronald (late Joyce). She had a special place in her heart for each one of her many nieces and nephews. She will always be remembered for her love of Bingo, crafting, crocheting, sewing and most of all being there for anyone in need, her door was always open. She spent her last few years at Pathways where she made new friends who were like family to her. A private family service will take place. Her wishes were for memorial donations to be made to ARCH or Zion Lutheran Church. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758).
